Returns Policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
To start a return, you can contact us at nostalgicdeathclothing@gmail.com. Please attach your order number, Photos of the item you are returning and the reason for returning the item.
Please note that returns will need to be approved before being sent to the following address: Nostalgic Death, 6 Thurning Road, Winwick, Huntingdon, PE28 5PW
We will accept return(s) if:
-you receive a product different from your order; or
-you receive a defective product.
We do not accept return(s) if:
-you are returning the items just because you changed your mind (on size, colour, etc.)
-the products are damaged due to your mishandling
-your return request is not approved by our staff
The following items are not considered defective:
- Items that are originally manufactured without tags or labels
- Items with creases that may have been made while shipping
-custom overspray, paint drips, inconsistent dye patterns/colour.

If something is missing from your order please email us at nostalgicdeathclothing@gmail.com and attach your order number and detail which item is missing.
Refunds (If Applicable)
Once we have received and inspected your return(s) we will send you an email confirming we have your return(s). We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within a few days.
Late or missing refunds (If Applicable)
If you haven't received your refund firstly double check your bank account or the account tied to your original payment method.
Then contact your credit card company or your bank, It may take a few days for your bank to process your refund.

Shipping Return(s)
You will be responsible for covering the shipping costs to return your item(s) to us. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged item(s) to reach you may vary.
